Our evangelists regularly share powerful testimonies of how God works through their street outreach. These stories of conversion, healing, and grace remind us why we do what we do.
We met a young man who had been away from the Church for years. After a conversation and a prayer together, he asked where the nearest parish was. He went to Confession that same day. God is so good.
A woman stopped at our table and said she had been praying for a sign. She started crying when we offered her a Miraculous Medal. She came back the next week to tell us she had returned to the Church.
I was terrified to evangelize on the street for the first time. But after SPSE training and my first outing, I realized that God does all the heavy lifting. We just need to show up and be willing.
