This report comes to us from evangelist Michael with our Somerville-Immaculate Conception parish team in NJ:
Our team today consists of evangelists Chris, Wilber and myself (Michael); prayer warriors: Carol, Carolyn and Mary Ellen. It was sunny on the streets of Somerville today, and the Holy Spirit was shining His light on many hearts. We met with Edgardo, who wanted a Rosary and seemed overwhelmed with distractions in his life. We prayed with him and for him to have God’s peace through his busy times.
We also met with Julia, who was Catholic and expressed trepidation about some things coming up for her. So, we prayed with her that she sees the Lord’s love and mercy during her upcoming challenges. She also took a Rosary and a pamphlet on how to pray it.
We also encountered a gentleman/father. He was Catholic and attends Mass. We reminded him, along with another woman who was Catholic, about the beauty of God’s mercy in the Sacrament of Confession, as well as how much God wants to draw them even closer to Him.
There were many other fruitful encounters, as there were many eager to speak with us. We thank God for His blessings on us today and through this ministry. And, we specially thank Alpa, Chris, Wilber and all the prayer warriors who volunteered to add today to the schedule!
Praised be Jesus Christ!
