The following report comes to us from team leader Janet with our team in Galveston, Texas:
We were blessed so much after witnessing the Holy Spirit rest upon a little boy. Deacon Alex had placed his hand on the forehead of the child and prayed that the Holy Spirit would descend on this child. We watched the child’s face change to serenity and peace. With his eyes closed, he remained in that state for probably thirty seconds, resting in the Spirit. His parents were amazed because he is a very active child and they had never seen him become so serene like this. THAT is the POWER of GOD, my friends! We went on to pray with other families encouraging them to remain faithful fathers and husbands and to be the spiritual leaders of their families; and, remain strong in faith knowing that God calls them on this holy mission in order to get their families to heaven. There is no other mission more important than to lead your family to eternal salvation!
We prayed for other people for general good health and well-being, passed out rosaries and Miraculous Medals and shared stories of faith. Praise be to God for His goodness to His people!
