Main Street February 21st and March 7th, 2026

The Holy Spirit was moving hearts on the streets of Somerville on Saturday. We met with Cristiana, who was Jewish, yet said she wanted a Rosary because she loves JESUS. We asked her about her love for our LORD and prayed with her. We encouraged her, given her love for JESUS, to consider coming into the Catholic Church. She graciously took a pamphlet on why one should be Catholic.
We also met with Joe. He wanted a Rosary and said he was Catholic, but has been away from the Church. We talked with him about returning to Confession and Mass. He listened and was pleasant.

We further met a woman who wanted prayers for her son who is in the Midwest. We spoke with her about her faith as well. She was thankful to us!

We also met with Ted, who was Catholic and wanted us to pray with him. After we prayed for his intentions, we talked about his faith. He confided that he had not been to confession in a while. We encouraged him to return, and he even took a brochure on Confession.

We also met George, who simply wanted us to pray with him for peace. We did so, asking for peace in George’s life and in his relationships.

A father and mother with their newborn stopped by as well. They talked about how they will soon be Baptizing their newborn baby, which was exciting to hear. We said a prayer for this beautiful new family, and they took a Rosary and a pamphlet on the Rosary.

We were so thankful for these and the other encounters we had! 🙏
