This report comes to us from evangelist Michael with our Somerville-Immaculate Conception parish team in NJ:
Our team had a fruitful day evangelizing in Somerville. We spoke with Christina, who was happy to see us out there and thanked us. Then, when we asked about her, she surprisingly revealed that she is a fallen-away Catholic. She couldn’t pinpoint why she fell away. We encouraged her to think about returning and to pray daily, as God wants to draw closer to her.
We also met a family with a boy who wasn’t feeling well. With his parent’s permission, he took a Rosary and we prayed with the family for his healing. They were very thankful!
Next we encountered a man whom we spoke with one year ago. At that time, he was curious about God and asked many questions. Yesterday, he asked if we remembered him, and we did, and he took a Rosary! The Lord seems to be patiently working on his heart.
We thank the Holy Spirit for these and the other encounters yesterday and for this ministry!
Praised be Jesus Christ!
