The following report comes to us from team leader Janet with our team in Galveston, Texas:
We had nine evangelists at the Indoor Flea Market on Saturday and a steady flow of people coming to our table for rosaries, Miraculous Medals, other medals and prayer. One of the first to come to us for prayer was a woman who told us her name was Betty. She asked for prayer for healing of her lungs because she was diagnosed with lung cancer and she also had epilepsy and seizures because of it. We prayed for Betty and invoked the intercession of Saint Peregrine for the healing of her lungs. We also prayed that she find a permanent place to live.
There was also another woman who had shoulder pain and after praying with her about four times and asking her each time afterwards what her pain level was, she told us that it was at zero, no pain! We offered praise and thanksgiving to Jesus for bringing her pain level down from a 10 to zero. It is so humbling that God uses us in this way to bring healing to his people along with increased faith, hope and asking them to make a commitment to follow Jesus.
We also handed out many rosaries, instructions on how to pray the rosary, brochures and encouraged people to go to confession and Mass. It was such a fruitful day and we look forward to going back soon.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
