The following report comes to us from team leader Janet with our team in Galveston, Texas:
We had a new venue on Galveston Island at the Health Festival where there were a number of vendors available to help, guide and assist the islanders with all things regarding health. And, of course, spiritual health is right up there at the top. Armed with Rosaries, Miraculous Medals, Catholic brochures and goodwill, we headed out to evangelize and offer prayer to those who were in need of prayer. We met so many wonderful people (there were hundreds there) and shared our Catholic faith, gave hope and encouragement to those who were struggling and taught them the power of prayer. Through our Blessed Mother’s intercession and through the power of the Holy Spirit may those we met with yesterday encounter Jesus Christ and His love and mercy through the seeds of faith we planted giving them hope and renewing their faith. To God Be All the GLORY!
