The following report comes to us from team leader Janet with our team in Galveston, TX:
Recently, we met at the Pasadena Indoor Flea Market and had another amazing day of evangelizing. It is such an honor and so humbling to be able to go out to spread the love of Jesus Christ to those who are greatly in need of hearing about His love and mercy. We had so many positive encounters that are too numerous to share here. One that did stand out for me was a woman who had just walked through the doors and I approached her with a holy card telling her why we were there. I asked her if she needed prayer for anything and she said that she did. We prayed for her and then she asked if we would pray for her friend, Martha, who had strayed from the Catholic Church. So, together with her and another evangelist, we prayed for her friend. Afterwards, we gave her a rosary, holy water and blessed salt to give to her friend along with another brochure about why it is so important to go to Mass every Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation. She was so grateful and told me that she wasn’t even planning on going to the flea market that day and hadn’t been there in years. That is a miracle! God sent her specifically for this encounter and prayer. To God be All the Glory!!
